1. Community Guidelines and User

In using the Nass mobile
application, users agree to adhere to the following community guidelines and standards
of conduct:
1.1. Respectful
Communication: Users must not engage in defamatory, abusive, or insulting behaviour
towards any member. Respectful and courteous communication is expected at all
times.
1.2. Relevant Content: Users
should only share media and content that is directly related to volunteer activities and
topics. Non-relevant materials are not permitted.
1.3. Constructive Feedback:
Any objections or criticisms should be expressed respectfully and without fanaticism. We
encourage constructive feedback that contributes positively to our
community.
1.4. Collective
Decision-Making: Decisions made collectively by the group hold authority. Users are
expected to respect and adhere to these decisions.
1.5. Privacy and Respect:
Users must not share content or engage in discussions that infringe upon the privacy or
rights of individuals, including topics related to family, tribe, religion, or
nationality.
1.6. Community Spirit: By
joining our platform, you become part of our extended family. We encourage users to
treat each other with the kindness and respect that one would show to a
sibling.
1.7. Accountability and
Responsibility: Users are responsible for their actions and content shared on the app.
Inappropriate behaviour may lead to suspension or termination of
access.
1.8. Compliance with Laws:

not be tolerated and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

disputes arising from the use of this app will be resolved through amicable negotiation,
failing which they will be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant legal
authorities.

experience and facilitating communication between volunteers and organisations. The
types of data collected may include, but are not limited to, names, email addresses,
phone numbers, and vocational/educational data.
2.2. Use of Data: The
personal information collected will be used solely for the purposes of operating the
mobile application, managing volunteer activities, and communicating with users. Nass
will not sell, rent, or lease user data to third parties.
2.3. Data Protection: Nass is
committed to protecting the privacy and security of users' personal information. We
implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure data is securely
stored and protected against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and
destruction.
2.4. User Consent: By using
Nass mobile application, users consent to the collection and use of their personal
information as outlined in these terms and conditions. Users have the right to access,
correct, or delete their personal information at any time.
2.5. Data Retention: Personal
information will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for
which it was collected, in compliance with our data retention policies and applicable

take effect immediately upon posting.

different binding agreement is signed with Nass.
3.2. App Ownership: All
rights, title, and interest in the Nass mobile application, including all associated
intellectual property rights, are owned by Nass. Unauthorised use of the app's content,
trademarks, or branding is strictly prohibited.
4. User Eligibility
4.1. Age Requirement: Users
must be at least 18 years old to use the Nass mobile application. Users under this age
must have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
4.2. Eligibility Criteria:
Use of the app may be subject to additional eligibility criteria as determined by Nass.
Nass reserves the right to verify the eligibility of users.
5. Limitation of
Liability
5.1. Liability Disclaimer:
Nass strives to maintain a secure and functional app but shall not be liable for any
indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without
limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting
from the use or inability to use the app.
6. Termination and
Suspension
6.1. User Termination: Users
may terminate their account voluntarily at any time by following the provided procedures
in the app.
6.2. Nass's Rights: Nass
reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access to the app at any time,
without notice, for conduct that Nass believes violates these terms and conditions or is
harmful to other users, Nass, or third parties.
7. Indemnification
7.1. User Indemnification:
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nass, its affiliates, officers, agents, and
employees from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any
third party due to or arising out of their breach of these terms, or their violation of
any law or the rights of a third party.
8. Governing Law and
Jurisdiction
8.1. Applicable Law: These
terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of
Qatar, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8.2. Jurisdiction: Any
disputes arising from or relating to the terms and conditions or use of the Nass mobile
application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Qatar.
9. Updates and
Notifications
9.1. Changes to the App: Nass
may make changes to the mobile application, including updates and maintenance, and will
make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
10. Severability
10.1. Validity of Terms: If
any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the
remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
11. Language and
Interpretation
11.1. Primary Language: In
the event of any discrepancies between different language versions of these terms and
conditions, the Arabic version shall prevail.
12. Feedback and
Suggestions
12.1. User Feedback: Nass
welcomes feedback and suggestions from users regarding the mobile application. Users
understand that Nass may use their feedback without any obligation to compensate them.
The intellectual property rights of the feedback itself remain with the user unless
explicitly agreed otherwise.
13. Data Confidentiality and Privacy Obligations
13.1. Volunteer Commitment to Confidentiality: Volunteers are required to maintain the confidentiality of all data and information related to projects conducted, implemented, or generated by Nass or its partners. This includes, but is not limited to, personal information of individuals, proprietary data, and sensitive project details.
13.2. Prohibited Actions: Volunteers must not disclose, share, or misuse any confidential information obtained through their participation in Nass projects. Unauthorised disclosure or misuse of confidential information is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of the volunteer's engagement and potential legal action.
13.3. Protection of Data: Volunteers are expected to take all necessary precautions to protect the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive data. This includes following all guidelines and best practices provided by Nass for data handling and security.
13.4. Reporting Breaches: Volunteers are obligated to immediately report any suspected or actual breaches of data confidentiality to Nass. Nass will take appropriate measures to address and rectify any such breaches.
